yeah i guess so. After installing sp4 i am getting the Explorer.exe Error frequently.

me after installing very long to see my desktop, I thought the system hang, after several reboots, then goes through.

I would have thought MS would have perfected it with all the testing and so on. I think they should make Service Packs available to anyone while testing, that way they will get a better response.

The only problem i have had with SP4 is the inability to update the MS Java VM to a working model. The one supplied with SP4 refused to run many applets and i was forced to install Sun's java runtime, which quite frankly is crap. Sephiroth figured a workaround for me so i'm a happy camper again
