[FIXED] - Opening Attachments - Pictures

Good Morning,

Just wanted to know if the board could be setup to open a new window when clicking on an attached picture/screenshot. It was like that on the previous board and was handy not taking you away from the current thread. I know I can hold down Shift while clicling the link, but thought I ask anyways.
