Aspi Layer is what is used by progs such as cdrwin to make your CDrom work. OS's like XP and win2k need one for the CDRom to work.

You can get the one I use at the link below:
  • http://downloads.come2store.com/Leech/Aspi4all.zip
You will not be able to use a download manager while getting it.

You want ASPI you got ASPI.......This should explain it too, but most programs use their own, and will use this too....
