Avatars not working..?

Is there any particular reason that the avatars aren't displaying properly in the posts?

Yeah I can't see anyone's avatar so I'm thinking this is an issue with the board software or something. Probably just a simple oversight... but I did spend so much time making that little piece of graphical goodness. :P
