The day after I sendt them the fax, I called to make sure they where placing my order,
and what did the dude on the phone tell me ?
" We did not get any faxes yesterday, nor today "
Well, it was time for some bigger

and I sendt an

e-mail, with the order attached, to customer-service,
and made a "bcc:" to the general manager, and faxed a copy of it as well.
Today, I just recived an e-mail, from the general manager, he is personally looking into

all these problems.
Now....
Lets give him a few days, before we call Bush and ask for support
