get a geforce 4mx agp card, only 100 bucks where i live, and very powerful, of course not as powerful as the ti versions of the geforce 4 but you'll still get much more than a geforce 2

GTA3 has no issues running on Win2K Pro with just 16MB of video ram from Matrox G400.
