LOL nope. There is NO such thing as called Windows ME Corp Edition.

Some Asian countries used to sell Windows ME saying "No Key Needed". The truth is, the setup.ini is edited and the serial number is automatically filled when the setup runs.

Actually, this is also true for legit "Select" editions of Win 9x/ME/2k, they all came with an "auto-key".

A "Select" edition is the "same" as a VLK/Corp edition, but after too many of these was found in the wild,
all of them using the same key=impossible to trace the leak,
MS changed this system with XP and its activision system.

Now, when we order media at my work for XP, we get the "Corp" CD, and we have
a unique key for *our* licence agreement, that we have to manually type in.
( and we are allowed to install a copy at the homecomputer, using the same key ).
None of these have to be activated.

The W2k3 server licences we have bought untill now, gave us a media and a key to install on 5 computers.
BUT : it still had to be activated
