It was a clean install booting from the CD. By In XP I was referring to the fact that when installing windows XP there were more options to configure.

One thing anyone who is playing around with this might want to do- Give the Aministrator account a password. I have installed it twice on a different machine each time (Got to be thorough ) and both times the admin account was created with a blank password. Will see if i can get it to install with an admin password when i go for an unattended install at weekend

Its worth it Will, even if its just to compare to the M3 build. Some of the previous bugs have been corrected and some new ones added. Some of the features from the previous builds have been removed as well- hope fully they will reappear in later builds (The bar graph dislpay of the free/used space on a HD has gone, though it could just be disabled)

Zone thank you and well said.  So far I have ran it 2 days and seems to run fine.  Is there a way to get drivers for it on 1 machine it don't read my SB live card  so I have no soud or read my geforce 2 video card do I use a xp driver or 2000 driver for it otherwise it is on my laptop and ruun nice and stable I have a 1.10ghz with 256 sdram on it.
I installed drivers straight from my SB Live cd and they run fine, i believe the setup program detected it as a win2k system ad installed drivers for that. For my Geforce 2 i used build 41.09 of the detonators, for no other reason than i had them on the HD- they installed and ran fine
