If you haven't installed it yet you can also start the setup and choose the option "minimal or custom".
Click next, then on the next screen choose "advanced" and select "download only". Then choose the location to download the file to and select the version by OS. Choose all of them if you want the full package.

well windows 2000 and XP they dont aloow you to choose any options anymore

it just install or DIE

With Windows Service Packs, you can just go to the MS/Windows site and download the full network install file. It's odd that they give you the choice with something like that, but not with things like IE.
