Easier for me to look at. Doesn't have the fancy eye candy as the rainbow one, though looks good too, but for a sig you want people to be able to read it, thus the more (in my opinion) easier digestable image.

As some have said I like the last one which is the current better...although you may want to consider changing the color of the letters so there will be a narrow white line in the center of all letters so it will show up better on the outer edges where the color is stronger. Keep playing with it till you are content.
