DON'T USE TweakNT either, on the final release of Win2K3. The changed registry settings prevent logging in, even in Safe Mode - you'll either have to restore the original registry system file, for which you'll need NTFSDOS or ERD Commander to hack into Win2K3, or reinstall the OS. I tried this, fortunately I had Michael's ERD which allowed me to avoid having to re-install.
