Disk Cleanup - Compress Old Files (Turn On/Off)

If you don't have a use for the Compress Old Files in disk clean up.
Change CompressOldFilesOff.txt To CompressOldFilesOff.reg.

And the same for CompressOldFilesOn.txt!
