They are all good chooices, but I'd go with one that had at least
1gig of ram.
In fact, I'd use the Pent III 1000 mhz but upgrade the ram!

The Pent III was my choice except it will only accept up to 512 meg of memory. Which then got me to wondering about the celeron which will accept more memory and should be cooler than the others I would think.
