Add the history button back into IE7

Anyone know how to add the history button back into IE7?

It seems to have gone from the customization screen. I think the only solution is to click on the Favorites star and then click history. It does seem to remember your selection though so that next time you click on the star it shows history by default.

I can't add it back to the toolbar but if you click ctrl+shift+hat the same time it will appear on the favorites menu.
