very cool "find" Bearcat. I haven't experimented with Vista since the very first Beta. Maybe it's time to get back in the mood and why I joined BetaONE back in 2001.

Getting 700+ kb/s right now.

Thanks.

I was able to download and start the install, but it's asking for a key #. I figured that this version, being a public release, wouldn't need a key #. I don't remember seeing that on the Vista download page. Did I miss something?

Hello mikeh420,
even though they offer the download, they sendt invitation mails
to people who allready had registred for Beta2, and assumed the downloaders
still had their valid Beta2 keys.

According to some, they have been able to install, without a key, reducing the "lifetime" to
the 14 days before activation is needed.

IF you are able to install it without a key, you will be able to test it for 14 days,
and by then, the "real" RC1 CPP program hopefully will be publically open for registraton,
giving you the chance to register and get a valid RC1 key.

Oh, people can come up with statistics to prove anything. 14% of people know that.
