New survey
GOOGLE, Apple and Symantec have the most loyal customers, according to a Satmetrix survey.
The survey was based on three separate studies looking at the Online Services, Computing, and Consumer Services sectors of the IT industry.
It basically asked if punters would recommend the service to a mate. The score produces the single most reliable indicator of a company's ability to grow by measuring its performance in its customers' eyes, the outfit claims.
Apple was the top of the 'Computer' category, Google was the highest ranked in the 'Online Services' section and Symantec was the winner of 'Consumer Software'. The survey was conducted last year. More
