Site publishes AMD socket F pictures
DUTCH SITE Tweakers.net has managed to get its paws on pictures of AMD's Socket F which also goes by the handle of Socket 1207.

So far the company has managed to keep the lid on the socket which introduces support for DDR 2 memory and might offer the ability for an integrated PCI Express controller on the CPU.

Socket 7 Socket F will be introduced next year and will be used for AMD's Opteron lineup, except for the 100 series. The site is in Dutch, but the pictures speak a thousand words, which at least saves me typing.
