It doesn't exist thoughTHE BRAINIACS on SCO's legal team have done it again. They are demanding IBM hand over its materials about the Linux 2.7 kernel. No, that isn't a typo, they want 2.7 info. The only problem, is that it doesn't appear to exist.
There is no 2.7 kernel, and it never really made it past the discussion stage. That doesn't seem to be an impediment for lawyers in search of a case,though.
Fresh from the last round in which they claimed victory, the SCO boys are on the attack. So what does SCO use for evidence that IBM contributed to something that does not exist? Aliens?
