XP "strange admin account" in C/P

I know,Will.....but it seems that only the latest version of .net creates that admin account,because I already had .net installed (version 1.1 I think).....some of the latest apps require it to run.....

I finally figured out how to get to the desktop direct again with no login. I just disabled the new .Net account.
