There is usually a OS - YES/NO controlled option in your BIOS settings.
You could try changing that to whatever it isn't.

Yes,

There is a way to define or disable power management in the Bios but I have try and that change nothing

I have talk to a representant of APC by email several times and now he had to talk with is senior representant regarding this probblem
