If I send an e-mail to you today in Outlook and and flag it for follow up. I set the "due by" date to tomorrow. who gets the flag/notification? me or you?

Thats what I thought but when I just tested it, the receiver would actually get the reminder and me (sender) would get nothing. Doesnt make sense at all to me, I am trying to figure out if this is how it always was or something wrong on my side.
