Fast User Switch doesn't always work
Not sure what happened, but on one of my systems, Fast User Switch only works 10% of the time. Using WINKEY+L and selecting Switch User from the Start Menu achieve nothing.

Fast User Switch is enabled as is the Welcome screen. It will work for awhile if I reboot the machine, but before long, the machine will not let you switch users unless you Logoff and log back on as another user.

This is extremely frustrating and I'm at the point where I'm about to format and reinstall Windows XP to correct the problem.

Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a magic fix? Hopefully there is!

Thanks in advance,
Jedis

User Needs has disabled reputation
I know there is a fix at Kellys XP Korner

http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm
then go down to #34
I had at one time some software (Cisco) that disabled fast user switching.
And this got me going....

Hope this helps
