What do you guys recommend for a CMS (Content Management System)

I'm looking to re-do my website and setup a CMS since a lot of sites now are starting to use those, and it adds SO MUCH simplicity, can anyone please point me in the right direction for some good CMS that easy to setup, and have plenty of themes that you think would be good for me.

Well Plone is out of the picture as it requires dedicated hosting.

Yeah well I dont run locally. Only on 8mbps. Not fast enough for me.
