Creating Html Emails?

Does anyone know how I can create html emails

Outlook Express allows you to paste in code you have created but then it just sends all the pictures as attachments and the page comes out a real mess

I am not sure what you want to do but
to insert CODE just click on the SOURCE button at the bottom of the
screen. Under the View tab, Sources Edit must be checked, of course.

Never knew it was so easy

Also had to enable emails to be sent in html format in the options
