i had the same problem with an old motherboard from an HP, it was an OEM Asus board that HP stopped providing BIOS update's for and I never could find a newer BIOS for it, i was tempted to flash an Asus BIOS on the thing but I didn't feel like paying for the board in case it didn't work, lolol
you might be able to find something on
www.motherboards.org though i'm not sure, it's been a while since i've been to the site, they have some pretty good tools for identifying a motherboard, mabye it could point you to a place to get a bios for it
