Hello All,

My ISP has finally begun blocking Port 25 to help in the prevention of SPAM mail. The only way to be able to send email from a 3rd party email program is if I use my ISP's SMTP settings, or if my email service has another port setting I could use.

Well, the good news is that my email service does have another port; once switched to this port, I am able to send out email again. But now, since I have changed the port, Norton Antivirus does not scan the outgoing mail. Is this because NAV only looks to scan messages being sent from Port 25?

Is there a way to have NAV scan outgoing mail from an account using a different port other than 25?

TIA!
