TrayIcon Menu allows you to quickly launch your favorite programs from a verticle menu located in the system tray. You can control the contents of your menu from one location. TrayIcon Explorer adds an icon to the system tray which, when clicked, displays a popup menu containing shortcuts to the directories or disk drives you use most often. Selecting a shortcut opens a Windows Explorer window on that directory.
