Howdy, well I have xp corp installed and I recently bought a copy of xp pro. So i was wondering if there was anyway to like "downgrade" Xp corp to xp pro. I'm pretty sure I can't but I was just wondering. I didn't really want to have to format and reinstal xp.

But just so I'm clear, do you mean you just put the cd in when you were in xp and hit install WIndows XP Pro? or did you restart with the cd and install on the same drive?
Slipstream the latest version os SP1 onto the Pro version, and you should be able to install without any probs, with your new legal product key.
Since it's Pro/Retail and not corp this should work.
