Picture It 10.0 & Works 8.0

Before everyone starts shouting "goto the store and buy urself a copy!!", I was just wondering if there was anywhere I can download either of these 2 programs online so I don't have to dish out all that cash? Even Picture it Express 10.0 is sufficient enough, but I can't even find that anywhere.....nor works 8. Anyone know where to look?(besides at my local computer retailer)
