Computer Starts Bsod-safe Md Also-reformat?

I have Windows XP Pro. I was playing UT. Tried to go on another server and computer shut down. Restarted and just kept restarting. Tried GoBack and the same, but now BSOD. Said check hardware,software,etc. Tried go to better config, same, Tried Safe Mode and BSOD. Called Dell they did a Clean windows with XP CD. Same story, BSOD, but know it says disable firewall,defrag. Can't get in safe mode. Dell said only option is Reformat. Which, I want to make sure there are no other options. HELP please.

Try going into the BIOS and setting it to "Fail Safe defaults" if you have that option. IF you get into Windows, change it back step by step to the way you had it before....
