Few Random Errors

I have gotten this error about 10 times in the last 10min:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected $end in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\www.betaone.net\sources\topics.php on line 721

Seems to be random though. Seeing as not always on same topic and f5, refresh, works every time.

Also, this error is appearing every now and then:

Um bad admin or do we have a hacker. lol

Mark All Posts As Read is not working. It does work on the forum front page. But still shows all of them in "View New Posts". So really its not working. :P
