ok here is the deal I used tmpeg express 3.0 and it converts the PAL to ntsc but

the problem I have now is Nero says its too big to fit on a dvd also tmpeg make my audio loose the 5.1 surround

when I try making a dvd through nero it goves theese errors and if I reincode all it does it reincodes the dvd back to the orginal PAL format

Dammit This Thing Is Not Displaying Images

AFAIK,TMPGEnc doesn't handle 5.1 surround....you have to use the TMPGEnc ac3 plugin .
About the size:if you have created the vobs and ifo files, you can shrink the files in your VIDEO_TS folder with any converter, like DvdShrink or CloneDvd.
