I require some good software with nice reporting facilites for internet bandwidht management / distribution. I shuld be able to offer 24 hours monthly packages at differnt speed (4,6,8 KBps) or Hourly Packages.

The client shuld be all NIC with MAC address binded to Clinet IP to keep track.
