Restoring A Sql Script File

Hello,

I have a forum running on an hosting server

I have made a backup of my web forum and donwload this backup. For Mysql, I have exported a "SQL script file" to my desktop.

Now I want to know how incorporate this SQL script file in my database ??????

I want to replace my sql database with this one from my website ??

Is it clear ?

download the freeware phpmyadmin and there you can load your sql file and replace your old one :P
