Remove a network Drive in my My Computer?

I have several [5] Network Drives mapped on my XP PC that are on my server. 1 of them does not respond [inaccessable]. Worked ok a few days ago. I can remap it ok but now the icon for the one that is bad is still there... taking up a drive letter and I can't get rid of it Disconnecting it does not work and I can't delete it. Any ideas?

you should be able to "disconnect" it from your system... if you right click on it, there should be that option...
