Anyway, last night I also copied that movie with DVDshrink, and , even though it takes more fiddling around and longer time, it does a good job.

I have found that if I do a CLEAN INSTALL of 4.0.3.8. it will not copy CSS encrypted movies which is most of them.

But if I install 3.2.1.0. first, activate it, test it and if it copies, then upgrade to 4.0.3.8, it works fine.

Clean install of Vdr 4038 works fine as long as you block the home site. As explained in my long post above, 321 studios told me they agreed to minimize the illegal copying, but will not interfere with people who own and use legal copies
