ironleg1963 is an unknown quantity at this point

can anyone tell me what to do to create home directories or terminal services so 4 computers can log onto terminal services in windows 2000 server. I have a dlink DI-624 router that I want to set it up for ftp as well as remote desktop.( I know this is alot but the usual amount of people logged on will be 1 or 2 at a time.)
