did it look like he was drunk, or could you tell?
@wase4711 - I would assume that yes he was drunk. Although he has not yet been cought so a DUI is not what he can be charged with anymore. Only a class A misdemeanor.
Well they know who they are looking for, but they have not yet found the guy or the truck.
After my wife found his record online, I called and asked for the state trooper so I could tell him that I would not be pressing charges. Why? Because by doing so I would have to testify in court and he would get my name and address. Plus, if he does not have insurance... I'm out $250 from my insurance deductible.
