"To find if this registry setting work:
You usually need two PCs
Suppose: User1 and User2 are two user accounts in Computer #1
Login as User1 in Computer #1.
Enable Remote Desktop Connection in that PC (if it is not already enabled)
Do NOT logout
Go to Computer #2 and start Remote Desktop Connection in that PC
Type the Computer #1's IP address and connect as User2
Go to Computer #1 and go to Task Manager
Under Users tab, There should be two users ACTIVE."
