THE PRICE OF 256Mbit DRAMs has risen to over $4.45 and that caused shares of Taiwanese memory makers to soar on the local Taiex bourse today.
According to memory site DRAM Exchange, the Dramurai are set to push up the prices of contract memory ? that's chips supplied to the multinational PC companies ? by around five per cent during March.
