I work for a charitable organization and i am wondering if i could add a tabe to outlook in the cotacts member information , like donated amount ,so it will save me some time adding the name twice to an access file and to outlook.

assuming your useing outlook and not out look express you might try this not sure if it works though. go to your contacts list then click View>Current View>Custimize Current View>Fields>New Field
