Yea tried some damn error. Will try again later when I feel like playing with. I was just hoping there was an easier soluation but I guess not.

I have done this a couple of times with S.M.A.R.T enabled and no problem occured.

There can't be any encrypted or compressed files as he is trying to convert from FAT32 to NTFS.
