I don't have the "Evaluation Copy" on my desktop either. Are you sure you only downloaded the SP2 and not the XP Pro with the SP2 Integrated?

Thats what i thought. I'm installing the intergrated sp sp2 pro later on so i will post here if i get the eval text

I used the CD that has the SP2 intergrated into Windows so you could do a fresh install. If you just do the update, you wont get the message on the desktop

I was able to delete the 1st key in the registry. However, the 2nd key isn't in the registry. Deleteing the 1st key want enough because its still on the desktop. Any other suggestions ? Thnaks.
