Not a bug, they took java out and the system is locked down be defualt.
You need to change two registry settings located here:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_LOCALMACHINE_ LOCKDOWN
Change both keys there to zero.
Now this will allow all activex to work just like normal. So yea its a new secuirty option. By RC1 is should be working correctly.
