Go for it!

I have installed it in both ways i.e.
Installed NOD32 while NAV was installed.
Installed NAV while NOD32 was installed.

Compatibility-wise no problem.
But slowness-wise you will have to rethink.

After all, if you feel more confident with having two AV apps, just go ahead.

A friend of mine has had both running for about 2 months now with no problems.

His system is a game system so he don't notice a problem with speed.

I'm also running NOD32 and NAV 2004 Pro + NIS 2004 Pro and ZoneAlarm

All are working together

@DigitalSteel,

yes mate, you can do it. During the installation of NOD32, it asks if do we want to start AMON everytime Windows Loads. Just press No. You are done.
And yeah you will be to access NOD32 via right click menu.

Cheers,
McoreD

not sure why you would want this, DS; NOD kicks NAV ass as far as being a resource hog..I had nothing but probs when I had them both installed...

It works great thats why. I hate NOD32. It fucked up everything. But the scan engine works great. So I use it on the fly. But no need to have the full program of NOD32 installed. Just get the scan engine from the kazza lite fourm. Its kept up to date as well and works great. Taked stright from nod32 if u must know.
