This is getting a little bit strange... All I wanted is some help, an e-mail address or something so I can send the .cab file to a beta tester that has no problems with his connection. All he has to do is use this MS Beta Client reporting tool and upload a 350kb .cab file. Now I am being questioned about my knowledge in IT.
