He has purchased EVERYTHING from their website.

As per Monarch.. sorry sir.. I have not heard of them.

If they have a 1800 number you could call them. .. or check them in the BBB

BBB, whats that? on pricewatch they had a 2 out of 2 rating which i guess could be considered good.

Do a search on resellerratings.com and read the reviews from other customers. Even though they have high rating of 9+ points, it still does not mean that they are all that great. Try finding the negative feedbacks to find out why poeple are complaining! Sometimes one negative selling point is all you need to stay away from the vendor. Like example..Googlegear aka ZipZoomFly - Good prices, fast and free shipping, however you try RMA'ing or returning something for refund or replacement, then you will experience hell!
