this happened to me for v1204 as well...

i'll tell u exactly what i did:
i obtained the xp v1213 and slipstreamed with XP SP1 using FlexBeta Slipstreamer. and tried to install windows and got the following error nine times (for nine different files, yes i pressed Skip).

there are two reason i can think of to get this problem.
  • because i used a beta version of flexbeta slipstreamer
  • because i used XP SP1 to slipstream with SP2 instead of using plain XP
  • because xp sp2 is still in developing stage (?)
i tried doing it manually and just now got the same error. so that can't be the flexbeta slipstreamer's fault.

now i am trying to slipsteam the sp2 to a plain XP.
you guys had the same problem? please discuss. thanks.

still trying to slipstream plain xp and sp2 v1213.

Tried the same thing myself. Slipstreamed the SP2 into a XP with SP1....errors, so I tried it into a XP without SP1 got the same error. Wonder if it is not making the correct cd marker for SP2 because it is a beta SP???
so i assume the same.

So far so good? What are the good things about it? Hope your answer won't be "It only doesn't give out any problems" . Well, I want to know what the improvements are.
Does Windows work much faster or suh things.
