Yep, tried that.....installed card and it froze. Never got past the boot up logo. Comp probably doesn't like the fact that 2 video cards are installed and can't decide which 2 go with, so it freezes. There's got to be a way to get this new card installed......my last resort option is to take it to the store where I purchased the card and let THEM install it for a small fee......but I'd like to exhaust ALL other options 1st...
P.s.- Why aren't you on messenger? It'd be easier for me to talk this out in real time instead of waiting for posts.
