And yes, they are checking emule and edonkey users too
2 weeks ago RIAA sent an email to my ISP with logs of me sharing an old spartacus movie cd.
My ISP emailed it to me telling me to be a good boy, and not share stuff !!!
Since then I have not been using any p2p applications
